Shafer Vineyards 'Relentless' Syrah Napa Valley 2019
Winemakers Notes:
The 2019 Relentless is a bold, complex vintage with a juicy core of classic Syrah gaminess and an enticing range of savory aromas and flavors. The wine opens with grilled meat, black pepper, roast almonds, and baked earth. On the palate, the wine is mouth-filling and soul-satisfying with vivid flavors of black pepper, wet stone, blueberry, and black tea. The finish is lengthy and its underlying acidity and ripe, structured tannins means it is built for long term age-ability.

" The 2019 Relentless is mostly Syrah, yet the cuvée always includes a good bit of Petite Sirah, with 11% in the 2019. A deep purple-hued blockbuster of a Syrah, it offers loads of ripe blackberries, ground pepper, sappy herbs, and violet-like aromas and flavors. One of those wines that delivers richness and intensity with no sensation of weight of heaviness, it has terrific balance, ripe tannins, and a great finish. Enjoy bottles over the coming 10-15 years."

" This powerful, rough-hewn wine that contains 11% Petite Sirah holds extremely deep black and blue fruits in a framework of grippy tannins. A tight, reserved expression on the midpalate signals more aging is needed for best enjoyment. The wine’s ripe, compelling, late-harvest fruits match the massive structure. Best from 2028– 2040."

How do we ship?
We ship all our packages using FedEx and other approved carriers with an adult signature requirement (individual aged 21 years or older) at the time of delivery.
Where should you have your package delivered?
Shipping can take place to your home, office, or work. We recommend shipping to a location where an adult will be present during normal package delivery hours to fulfill the adult signature requirement. The courier will make a minimum of 3 delivery attempts and if those attempts are unsuccessful the package will be returned to sender. In the event a package is returned to sender due to an unsuccessful delivery a refund will be issued for the product, but courier fees are nonrefundable. Shipment to PO Boxes are prohibited.
Are deliveries tracked?
Once an order is fulfilled a tracking number will be issued and emailed to the email captured at the time of order placement.
When are packages shipped?
Orders are fulfilled daily, however, we do not fulfill orders on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend are subject to delivery the following business day. Packages may be held at our discretion if the contents are sensitive, and the order timing jeopardizes the safety of the parcel and its contents.
What if the shipping address needs to change?
